Arrive and register by 8.30am, racing starts at 9.00am with W6 Sprint races, W6 10 – 12km race to follow. All events will be held in the morning.
Fees:
$25.00 per person if only racing in one event. $40.00 per person if racing in both events.

Notes:
- Teams must always have 3 women in the waka and a competent/experienced steerer
- Minimum of 6 team members, maximum of 9
- Draw of sprints to be organised on the morning of the races
- Teams may apply for an age dispensation, where one paddler is younger than 40 but must be 35+ on the day of competition. Please contact Brendon Timmins to apply to use this dispensation.
- The age of the individual paddlers does not matter as all over 40 (with one allowed 35~39), it is the teams average age as they race the event that categorises them 40-59 or 60+. Ensure your teams average stays consistent per event if swapping paddlers in and out of the sprint races.
- Only one race over the longer distance (10-12km)
