AGE MINIMUM:

30+ as at first day of competition

AGE GROUPS:

30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 – 49, 50 – 54, 55 – 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75 – 79, 80 – 84, 85+

EVENTS:

• Field events: Discus, Shotput, Hammer, Javelin, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump
• Track events: 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, Mile, 3000m Run, 3000m Race Walk

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• All equipment is provided – athletes may bring their own personal implements but these must be checked prior to competition.  
• Carparking is feely available around the perimeter of the stadium.  
• Changing rooms will be made available.  
• A water filter fountain is located inside the stadium adjacent to the toilet block towards the Velodrome end of the ground (by the 100m start). 
• The programme will be finalised after all entries have been received.
