Minimum age 27+ men and women as at 8 February 2026.
Events:
Heavyweight or Lightweight categories in 300m, 500m, 1000m, 2000m
Notes:
- Indoor Rowing is suitable for both rowers and non-rowers
- Competitors just need to jump on a rower and race their fastest over their desired distance
- Lightweight is men under 75kg, and women under 61.5kg
- Para grade available for every distance and age group
