Age groups:
30-34 (then 5-year increments) to 90+.
Minimum age 30+ men and women as at first day of competition.
Events:
100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 3000m Race Walk, Short Hurdles, Weight Throw, Shot Put, Discus, Hammer, Javelin, Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Steeplechase (2000m Women, 3000m Men), Weight Pentathlon (Weight Pentathlon will be held in conjunction with individual events. First three throws of individual event will count as weight pentathlon). All events have Para Categories available.
Events will run to the timetable, so if a clash of events, then World Athletics rules will prevail. Athletes should not enter more than six events on any one day.
